What does “unlimited pages” mean in the Pro plan?+
It includes the standard presentation pages required by the agreed website architecture. Applications, online stores, portals, and custom functionality are not included in this definition and receive a separate quote.
Does SEO mean the website will rank first on Google?+
No serious agency can guarantee a specific position. We build the right foundation: performance, semantic structure, metadata, sitemap, structured data, and understandable content. Organic growth also depends on competition, reputation, and content published over time.
Can I use a domain I already own?+
Yes. We can connect an existing domain or configure a new one. Ownership, costs, and management or transfer terms are stated explicitly in the offer and contract.
What happens after the 36 months?+
You can continue the service under the renewal terms or request the domain and source code transfer after fulfilling the contractual obligations.
What does the Marketplace plan include?+
The €499/month plan is configured for marketplaces and can include multiple vendors, catalog, inventory, orders, commissions, dashboards, notifications, and operational integrations. Special functionality beyond the plan structure is estimated separately before implementation.
Which payment processors can be integrated?+
We can integrate Stripe, NETOPIA Payments, and solutions from BT, ING, xMoney, or other processors that provide the required APIs. The final choice depends on countries, currencies, recurring or split payments, and the vendor’s processor agreement.
What can AI Chat do in the marketplace?+
AI Chat can answer questions about products and policies, guide buyers, recommend products, and receive support requests. Data access and permitted actions are configured in a controlled way, while AI provider costs are specified in the offer.
